“Me and the Ex Masterchef Brazil Henrique Fogaça, at his restaurant “Sal”.  This is where I started my career in gastronomy and discovered my love for cooking and transforming food into experiences.”

PastaBar Competition - Porto Alegre, Brazil - 2018

“This was a national contest where I got 1st place for creating a new concept of making pasta and bar food. After this, I got invited to write a column for the brazilian food magazine “Tá Na Mesa”, which I still write for to this day.”

Belém Palace - Lisboa, Portugal - 2016

“This was the day I was recognized as one of the best Chefs in Europe, and I was invited to cook for the Portuguese Parliament. I remember that dinner as if it was yesterday. I cooked a full menu for 20 people, including the president, ministers and other politicians. It was an incredibly fulfilling experience.”
